The Hotel

The Gorzelnia Hotel & Restaurant invites you to stay and enjoy the very best services. We offer a choice of 14 rooms, 4 of which are superior standard.

Our hotel is located near the national road no. 10 and close to the railway station in Nakło on the Noteć. The Gorzelnia Hotel and Restaurant offers its guests a place to relax and enjoy fine food and drinks.

Our Brick Lounge is a great place to unwind after a busy day.

The Gorzelnia Hotel & Restaurant is also a superb venue for hosting parties, meetings, conferences, and memorable events. We also provide our Guests with bespoke menus tailored to your needs and the occasion. Our staff at the Gorzelnia Hotel & Restaurant do their utmost to ensure our Guests a memorable stay with impeccable service in a warm and welcoming ambience.

Single Room

Classic Double Room / Twin Room

You can choose between a double room with a double bed and a twin room with two single beds. All the beds have premium quality mattresses. Room facilities: en suite bathroom with bath or shower, wardrobe with luggage rack, desk, telephone, TV, free Wi-Fi. Rooms come with complimentary mineral water. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Premium Double Room / Twin Room

You can choose between a double room with a double bed and a twin room with two single beds. All the beds have premium quality mattresses. LUX Room

LUX rooms have a king size bed. LUX room facilities: en suite bathroom with shower and free-standing bath and sauna, wardrobe with luggage rack, desk, telephone, TV, coffee machine, fridge, safe deposit box, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a furnished terrace. Rooms come with complimentary mineral water. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to making reservations, cancelling reservations, payments for reservations, and the validity of reservations.
I. BOOK YOUR STAY
You can book your stay in the following ways:
a) Using our online booking system,
b) By sending us an email specifying your booking,
c) By phone,
d) Personally at the Hotel Reception Desk,
e) Through booking.com (subject to the booking.com cancellation policy).
Once you have made your booking in the manner outlined above, the Hotel will send you a Booking Confirmation/Authorisation Document by email or by fax (except in the case described in Point d above), which should be signed and returned.
A legally binding reservation at the Hotel is made under the condition that the Guest making the reservation pays the deposit in the amount of 30% of the total value of the booked stay within a term of 3 business days.
The above-mentioned deposit can be paid to the Hotel by bank transfer, in cash, by voucher, or by credit card with the Hotel Guest’s authorisation in writing.
The deposit must be paid within the time limit specified in your Booking Confirmation/ Authorisation Document.
We are able to issue you with a payment receipt or a VAT invoice.
The date of completing the prepayment shall be the date the bank account of Hotel Gorzelnia has been credited.

Reservations will not be effective if the prepayment has not been received by the Hotel within the time limit specified above or if there are not enough funds on your credit card to cover the prepayment. Please note that according to Hotel Gorzelnia Terms and Conditions, the settlement period amounts to 7 days, which means that Guests staying in the Hotel for more than 7 days are required to make payment for their stay and any services within a term of 7 days from the start of their stay.
Hotel Gorzelnia reserves the right, where justified, to request the Guest to authorise a hold being placed on their credit card for a higher amount or for the full prepayment for the hotel services at the time of the booking. Use of the Hotel’s extra services and amenities at an extra charge applied as hotel credit (a room account) is possible subject to providing the Hotel Reception with an Authorisation Document completed correctly and personally signed by the Guest, authorising any credit orders (room account) for services, amenities and/or incidentals accompanying the Guest’s stay.
The prices for the reserved Hotel services and amenities are billed in accordance with our Price List and/or Special Offer List binding and applicable at the time of the reservation.

II. CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION

You can cancel your reservation for valid and justified reasons only, documented by the Guest in writing.
A. Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Cancelling your confirmed reservation is subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to:
1) The no-refundable deposit for your stay.
2) In the event of a no show without cancelling your confirmed reservation = 100 % of the total stay reserved.
The difference between the reservation payment and the cancellation charge (if applicable) shall be refunded to the Client in the form of a bank transfer to the bank account specified by them.
The cancellation charge shall be deducted from the deposit paid, from the payment for the stay, or will be charged to your credit card. A separate invoice shall be raised for the remaining portion of the cancellation charge (if applicable) and shall be sent to the Guest’s correspondence address.
Cancellations must be received in writing to be effective.
B. Early departure
An early departure is when you check out prior to the agreed check-out date and will be treated as a cancellation after the deadline for cancellations, thus, requires you to pay the full amount for the reserved stay.
C. Personal Data
At the time of the reservation, you agree for your personal data to be stored in the website’s database. This data will only be used for the purposes of the execution of the entire booking process and for marketing purposes, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection of 28.09.1997.
D. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation you accept these Terms and Conditions.
III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
The prices displayed in the Hotel Price List are shown in gross terms.
Hotel Gorzelnia reserves the right to change the prices at any time and use a separate Price List for seasonal holidays, trade fairs, public holidays, and long weekends.
The room rate includes (apart from specific package deals):
– Accommodation in a comfortable room
– A choice of served or buffet breakfast
– Free Wi-Fi throughout your stay at the Hotel
– Parking facilities
Children aged 3 or under: free of charge (extra services not included).
Children aged 3-7 years (staying in parent’s room) are charged 50% of the adult room rate.
Extra charges:
– Dinner Option (not including package deals)
Payment for the full stay will be required upon arrival.
We at Hotel Gorzelnia endeavour to amicably settle and resolve any problems arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions and/or the services rendered by us. Should it be impossible for an agreement to be reached between the Hotel and our Guest, regardless of the matter under dispute, solely and exclusively the Regional Court in Nakło on the Noteć shall have jurisdiction in respect of any disputes.
